I’ve been gluten-free for a month. I feel mentally and physically better. My appetite is stable throughout the day. I can think clearly and concentrate better. My hay fever symptoms are gone. My abs look more ripped than usual.
I replaced the wheat calories with meat, eggs, chicken, fish, and more vegetables. I still eat rice in the same portions as before (once or twice a day). I’ve cut down on milk, but it’s hard to avoid since it’s a part of my cafeteria lunch. I’m paying for it, so I feel I have to drink it. I like the taste, too.
